Data handling rules
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNLV handles data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Data processing is limited to account management, order fulfillment, service maintenance, and compliance, with access and retention controlled by purpose.
Account and service data
Creating a VPNLV account does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. This service does not require an email as a mandatory registration detail. The system processes the username, password credentials, and account status submitted by the user to authenticate identity, maintain sign-in status, manage subscriptions, and respond to service requests in the user panel. Passwords are processed in the form needed for verification and are not publicly displayed.
If a user voluntarily submits a description, screenshot, or other information in a ticket, that content is used only to understand and resolve the relevant issue. Remove personal data unrelated to the issue before submitting. After processing is complete, corrections or deletion requests can be made through the original ticket.
Order, payment, and delivery records
When an order is created, VPNLV retains the order details, selected billing method, payment status, delivery status, and the relationship to the account. These records are used to confirm payment results, deliver subscriptions, process refund requests, resolve disputes, and maintain continuous accounting records.
Payments through Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are processed by the relevant payment service or blockchain network. Information obtained directly by a third party during payment is subject to its own rules. VPNLV receives the transaction result and identifying information needed to complete the order and does not require users to submit complete payment credentials on marketing pages. Before using a third-party payment service, users should also review its privacy notice.
Site analytics and local storage
To determine whether pages are working properly and improve content structure, the site may process basic analytics such as page requests, referring pages, browser type, operating system, access time, and approximate region. Analytics are used to identify page errors, understand content usage, and maintain the service; they are not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to save sign-in sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security verification data. If this storage is disabled, public pages remain readable, but sign-in status, saved preferences, or some user panel actions may require confirmation again. Browsers provide options to view, clear, or restrict this data.
Network connections and the no-logs principle
VPNLV follows a no-logs principle: it does not record which websites users access, retain communications content, or create long-term connection logs that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Account-level usage status needed to manage subscription allowances is kept separate from site access records and does not include destinations or transmission content.
During service maintenance, necessary operational events may be processed temporarily to identify connection failures, unusual requests, or resource faults. This information is limited to what is needed for technical assessment and is not kept as browsing history; after troubleshooting is complete, it is deleted or disassociated from the account. When submitting fault reports, users should avoid including access content unrelated to the investigation.
Data retention, deletion, and access control
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are kept for the periods needed to fulfill transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Ticket data is cleared after issue handling and any necessary review are complete. Site analytics may be used for overall trend analysis after being separated from account details. Data in different categories is not retained indefinitely merely for storage convenience.
Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, the system first verifies control of the account and then processes data eligible for deletion. Data that must be temporarily retained for incomplete orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable record-keeping obligations will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends. Deleting an account does not change lawful processing that has already been completed.
Data access is restricted according to work requirements. Personnel responsible for order processing, technical support, or system maintenance access only the information necessary for their assigned tasks. Third-party services receive only the data needed for payment, hosting, or basic operations and are subject to their own service terms and data processing rules.
Policy updates and scope
This policy may be updated when data uses, product processes, payment methods, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. Significant changes involving data processing purposes or user rights will be announced through available on-site methods; data collected before an update will continue to be handled under applicable rules and stated purposes.
This policy applies to data processing in the VPNLV marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. Activities conducted through external websites, app stores, payment services, or other independent platforms are handled by the relevant providers under their own policies. Before continuing to use the service, users are encouraged to review this page regularly and confirm any changes.
